SCOTT Helmet Crash Replacement Policy

If your SCOTT helmet is damaged in a cycling accident, you may apply for a replacement of your choice* from Sheppard Cycles, by complying with the following procedure:

  1. Return your damaged helmet to Sheppard Cycles.
  2. The helmet must be accompanied by both a detailed letter describing the accident that caused the damage to the helmet and the sales receipt for the original purchase.
  3. Subject to the evaluation of the damaged helmet, Sheppard Cycles will offer a equivelant replacement helmet of your choice* at a 50% discount off the Recommended Retail Price (R.R.P.) including GST.
  4. The replacement helmet will be sent direct to the consumer once payment** for the helmet (including freight) is received.

Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Sheppard Cycles New Zealand trading as SCOTT Sports New Zealand, located at 38 Airpark Drive, Mangere, Auckland 2022, New Zealand.
  2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
  3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older / 13 years or older with parental consent.
  4. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  5. The competition commences at 8am NZDT Saturday 14 March 2026 and closes at 5pm NZDT Sunday 12 April 2026.  (“Promotional Period”).
  6. To enter, participants must “Purchase as Scott Helmet at an official Scott Sports NZ Dealership, and scan the QR Code to complete their entry registration. Proof of purchase must be uploaded to the form to be eligible.
  7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
  8. One entry per person, per helmet purchased.
  9. The prize is one SCOTT Swag Pack including one SCOTT Hoody M’s Tech Warm Zip FIGN valued at $100.00NZD, one SCOTT No Shortcuts M’s Tee LGME valued at $29.99NZD and one SCOTT Trail Rocket 20 Backpack valued at $129.99NZD. Total prize valued at $259.98NZD.
  10. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  11. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  12. The winner(s) will be determined by random draw on Monday 13 April 2026.
  13. The winner will be notified via Email or Phone within 3 business days of the draw.
  14. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw/re-selection.
  15. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use your personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition.
